Steps how to reproduce:
0. Download  Attachment 80902 [details] for Bug 122575 as sample document
1. Wiki: Log in at http://wiki.openoffice.org
2. Try to upload attached SVG via 'Toolbox -> Upload file'
   Bug: Error message

a) Complete Error Message:
Error creating thumbnail: sh: 1: rsvg-convert: not found
convert: delegate failed `"rsvg-convert" -o "%o" "%i"' @ error/delegate.c/InvokeDelegate/1058.
convert: unable to open image `/x1/mwiki-images//tmp/magick-IZUdzKB4': @ error/blob.c/OpenBlob/2587.
convert: unable to load module `/usr/lib/ImageMagick-6.6.9/modules-Q16/coders/svg.la': file not found @ error/module.c/OpenModule/1276.
convert: unable to open file `/x1/mwiki-images//tmp/magick-IZUdzKB4': @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/571.
convert: missing an image filename `PNG:/x1/mediawiki-1.20.4/images/tmp/transform_6f5636ac6902-1.png' @ error/convert.c/ConvertImageCommand/3011.

b) Problem is not limited to that particular very special document, same problem sith a simple smiley (see att.!)

Sounds like our install might be missing the configuration for rsvg-convert:

We do have have support for svg, just like the old mwiki.

Support of svg requires installation of a couple of packages, meaning downtime for the server, therefore this has been postponed until after 4.0 release.
