My Seamonkey Browser "User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 SeaMonkey/2.17.1 Build-Identifikator: 20130410205058"
Since today always shows the Summary Line in AOO Buggzilla in the "Edit mode", if I am logged in, and only shows the bug number without summary if I am not logged in.

This does not happen with IE and FF, so it seems related to Seamonkey.

But:

This does not happen with Seamonkey on FDO-bugzilla (<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=66159>), Mozilla-Bugzilla (<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36492>), GNOME Bugzilla (<https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=411403>), MediaWiki Bugzilla (<https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=264>)

Even SamAssassin (<https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=123>) works fine for me, so the problem also seems related to AOO Bugzilla.

I will test with different PC soon

Deletion of Browser Cache and Cookies did not help

I use Seamonkey on Windows 7. I do not have this problem. You can create a new user profile in Seamonkey and look, whether the problem remains there. It is likely no problem with AOO Bugzilla but with some Seamonkey configuration and setting files, which become corrupted from time to time. I have trained myself to always have a backup of important Seamonkey files.

No Idea what might have changed since today in the morning (1 additional reboot, of course), the problem has gone. So Irreproducible for now, I will reopen if the problem reappears.
