In  "AOO 4.0.0-Dev – English UI / German locale -  [AOO400m3(Build:9702)  -  Rev. 1505643  2013-07-23]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile 

I found bootstrap.ini with contents:
  [Bootstrap]
  BaseInstallation=${OOO_BASE_DIR}
  InstallMode=<installmode>
  ProductKey=OpenOffice 4.0.0
  UserInstallation=$SYSUSERCONFIG/OpenOffice/4
  [ErrorReport]
  ErrorReportPort=80
  ErrorReportServer=

As far as I know currently there is no error report function in AOO, so the related entries should be removed (if that does not cause trouble)

Confirmed on Rev. 1507307 Win 7.

The Error Report feature is disabled since AOO 3.4.0 --> adjusting field Version accordingly.
