Example to reproduce the export to Excel 97 error with OpenOffice 4.0

Saving a pivot table with an applied filter from OpenOffice 4.0 to Excel 97/2000/XP does not save the filter. When reopening the XLS file in OpenOffice, the pivot table is presented with no filters. Saving to Excel 95 worked correct. The attached ODS file can be used to reproduce the error

also reproduced in OOo 3.3.0 on Windows 7 -> adjusting field Version accordingly.
