I just upgraded from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1 in the last hour. 

I tried to print the envelopes I was printing an hour before upgrading and now they come out with the wrong orientation. If I change the orientation of the paper in the printer - the print orientation also changes so it remain 90 degrees out of alignment.

Scan of misprinted envelopes

Envelope loaded landscape is printed portrait. 
Envelope loaded portrait prints landscape.
Before upgrading to 4.0.1 envelopes were regularly printed with no orientation issues.
I am using a MacBook Pro with OS 10.7.5
