Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 123594
Create Labels looses one record each page (OO 4.0.1)
Last modified: 2017-05-20 10:02:19 UTC
I needed to create about 1800 labels and I've been given excel document with data. 1. opened excel document in openoffice calc and saved as openoffice calc spreadsheet. 2. created new database linked to existing database (spreadsheet). 3. created labels document linked to this database (tried both "continous" and "sheet" options - same result). 4. printed document "from letter" all records to pdf file. What happened: As I checked document there was missing 43 records (document had 44 pages). When I looked closely, from the start it was like this: First page: Records from database: 1, 2, 3, ...38, 39, 40. Second page: Records from database: 42, 43, 44, ...79, 80, 81, 82. Third page: Records from database: 84, 85, 86, 87, ...121, 122, 123, 124. The pattern is that every move to another page a record is being dropped.
Please attach excel document.
I can't, this is private data with names, addresses and telephone numbers to companies that packages were sent to.
Can you please Ctrl-F and arbitrarily replace letters to obscure data?
Irreproducible due to personal data.
