Description trelane 2003-03-15 19:35:36 UTC
I'm creating an open collaboration system, and would like to work with
OpenOffice to design and create a reference implementation. The point is to be
able to have two or more people working together to edit a document. I would
like to make this as flexible as possible, so that any package with the
capability would be able to work as well with the system as any others (e.g. if
OpenOffice read AbiWord format, then OO could be dropped in place of AbiWord).

I'm currently designing the system. It might well also be able to do a sort of
DRM as well; we'll see.

The page for the system is http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/netshard.
Documentation will be there and/or at http://digitasaru.net

Sound like fun? Any help I can get from those involved full-time with OO APIs
would be fantastic!
