Currently it seems that use of singular / plural for items in Sidebar and dialogs are irregular.
Steps how to reproduce with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English UI / English locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1546757 - 2013-12-02]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile:

1. From AOO start Center open blank new Writer document
2. Compare Sidebar Properties area headings with corresponding
Dialog Tabs or Dialog area Headings.

Unexpectedly most items what are plural in dialog tabs are singular in
sidebar area headings, see screenshots with comments.

Even within the dialogs there are differences what can't be explained easily. For example we can select different marginS (page) and spacingS (Calc cells), but the spacing area has singular "Spacing", margins area has heading "margins".

I think we need some unification.

Confirmed with
AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1548193
2013-12-07_04:10:48 - Rev. 1548790
Debian

PS it is only natural that with an inefficient UI comprising multiple items per setting such inconsistencies will occur...
