Build Info:
AOO410m1(Build:9750)  -  Rev. 1548193

Step:
1.Launch AOO and New a spreadsheet
2.Focus a cell 
3.Focus on Text property by F6 on sidebar,and focus Text Property by Down Arrow Key

Issue:
The focus of cell will shift down

Believe loss of focus are a manifestation of bug 122363 - Key events handled twice.

Have cc'd Andre, who'd identified the unconstrained movement originally.
