Powerpoint-Presentation with tables in odp format

In PowerPoint-Presentations, tables and their rows can not been resized (in my example I want to make the rows smaller). It does not matter if I keep the orginial ppt-format or if I convert the presentation to the OpenOffice (odp) format. I have this issue in all my PowerPoint presentations.
