function "=BASE(AD15;16;8)" behaves erratically. mostly it does not work. other functions have not tried. somethimes works depending where you paste it. when I change 15 to 16 manually, it works. this is another issue as it does not increment the AD15 field with a cross and a mouse...(tried also to install 4.0.1, but would not let me, as it demands SUSE and mandriva,... etc "upgrades" for some "wrong" control components in F17...) this similar function in win excel works fine on the same xls file derived from the oo calcs ods file, nothing of the above happens.It does not work even with the win xp based older oo 3.2.0 version and same ods file...
