sample doc for reproducing crash.

When the writer document has more than one embedded spreadsheet, the mail merge feature will crash in step 6.
AOO will ask to save opened documents and restarts.

I'm attaching a sample doc to replicate bug.

Tested with AOO 4.0.1 (italian nls) and 4.1.0 AOO410m1(Build:9750)  -  Rev. 1560773 on Windows 8.1 64bit (italian).

I had similar issues with AOO 4.0 on OS/2, but I'm not sure it is the same bug.

This one probably is a DUP of "Bug 123914 - Particular documents with DRAW object CRASH in merge wizard step 6"

Please feel free to reopen this Bug if you find evidence that we have an independent issue here  (for example because the fix for the other bug does not work for you).

I'm not sure it is the same bug because writer doc with only one embedded sheet works fine.

Tested with current trunk build, the bug is now fixed.
