If I change a cell format from date to text, a cryptical number appears. This is neither in my sense nor in the intention of any user. If you look at such cells a while later, you puzzle about the possible meaning.

So, please,

     if (date -> text) make it readable in text format!

Why do you perfom the format change from date to text?
