If a document for mail merge includes outline numbering, the numbers will missed in the merged document. The missing is (not) shown in the preview.

I can confirm the described defect.
I reproduced it in OOo 3.0.0, OOo 3.3.0 and AOO 4.0.0, too.

@mroe:
You set keyword 'regression'.
As I could not find any recent OpenOffice version in which the described defect does not occur I am removing the keyword. 
Could you please name the OpenOffice version in which the described behavior does not occur? Thx in advance.
