STEP TO REPRODUCE
1. Open AOO spreadsheet
2. Select "Insert --> Floating Frame"
3. Enter some "Name" & "Content"
4. A frame is added
5. Resize the frame by expanding it or reducing it by dragging the edge

DEFECT
Frame stops responding
