short text with two comments, one in footnote

Win 7 Pro x64, AOO 4.1.0 RC2 German.

- Type a short (blind) text.
- Insert a footnote.
- Insert a comment in the footnote. It is placed correctly.
- Insert a 2. comment in the text.
- The comment in the footnote jumps above the 2. comment.

The same, if you begin with the comment in the text. The same in 4.0.1 and 3.4.1.

If you delete the comment in the text, the comment in the footnote returns to the "correct" position.

I can confirm the described defect on Windows 7 in OOo 3.3.0

Exists also in AOO 4.1.0 RC4.
