I have tried the fixes in issue 19906.  I cannot find any dialog or macro which references these files so I cannot delete these references.  I get both errors everytime I open a calc file.  After acknowledging error file appears to run normally.

Try resetting your user profile as explained in https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12426 ; if this fixes the problem for you, then please mark this issue as RESOLVED since it's specific to your system.

Renaming profile to ".old" and creating new profile cleared up problem.  Thankyou.
