The current Autofilter is very limited since it only allows for one option (unless the user uses Standard filter or regexp)

The design used in Excel (since 2007) and in LibreOffice (with some limitations, since 2012) is much more user friendly and efficient: it allows for multiple item selection simply by ticking check boxes.

AOO usability would benefit from this enhancement.
