Step:
1. Open the attached sample file.
2. Check the page 1.

Problem: the numbering is smaller than MS Word.

Per current logic of numbering size handling, the numbering size is related to some text attributes of the paragraph end position.
In this sample, the last character has superscript(subscript should also has the problem) applied. So the numbering size changed to the same size of superscript.
Escapement(superscript and subscript) should not affect the numbering size.
So add escapement checking to determine whether need affect numbering size.
