Update extensions.lst to bundle the following new (first) release of the ca dictionary:

Extension:
http://extensions.openoffice.org/en/project/spelling-dictionary-catalan-language

If it's possible, Spanish (es) and French (fr) dictionaries should be bundled with Catalan language pack too.

This is now done in trunk.
