There doesn't seem to be any way to get data from a spreadsheet to a table
except by dragging one cell at a time.  It would be much easier to input legacy
data by being able to drag a cell range to an existing table.

Summary: Enable dragging a range of cells to an existing data source browser,
instead of just one cell at a time, as it is currently implemented.
This issue is considered for OO.o later.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
