some times Aoo crashes automatically
 
1.open a new form in wizard view then create a form by using tables
2.Then again create another form  in wizard view.
3.Then select required fields from step 1 to step 8 
4.Then create multiple forms by using same data base
5.While working with the multiple forms in same data base Aoo crashes automatically

This issue has been created a long time ago and its status is stay as unconfirmed.
We encourage you to test with our last build.

If the problem still occurs, we need following informations:
a) Provide details of your operating system and the latest version of AOO that you have confirmed the bug to be present
b) Provide a step-by-step procedure to reproduce (the simpler will be the better)
c) Provide a sample document to illustrate this
d) Provide screenshots of the problem if you think it might help
