Add the bullet char in a bullet list to accessibletext

When a bullet list is created it is not apart of the accesisbletext this is casing troubles for screen readers such as Orca (linux) and NVDA (Windows). NVDA has some hacks to deal with this but it would be nice to be able to remove these hacks and make it work properly.

There is still a issue with graphic bullets that I will try to deal with later on but for now I attach a patch to fix the more common bullet list.
