Build is broken because some of the external libraries listed in
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/openoffice/trunk/main/external_deps.lst?view=markup
do not have a fallback copy on OOEXTRAS.

There should always be a fallback copy on OOEXTRAS linked from our build.
