Are you using a laptop?

When you type, do your palms rest/press on the front surface of the laptop anywhere close to the touchpad?

Could you describe more precisely what do you mean by jumping screen?
A video attachment of this happening would be great.

Does it happen after rebooting your computer?

Does it happen as soon as you open the program and start typing?

Does it happen after you reinstall the software?
