While resizing a chart in OOC 4.1.2, the chart began to scale downwards infinitely, during which nothing could be done to stop it, save for ending the Open Office process.

Just reproduced it as well: took a blank rasterized chart, and tried scaling it with the bottom right scale node beyond the program's bounds into Windows taskbar. Triggers the runaway scrolling every time.

I have a screencap video if that would help. Let me know.
