For a text box, I put the text animation to word by word and another box I set to letter by letter and neither of them work. The entire text boxes appear at once despite the setting. This bug needs to be fixed.

There's not enough information for us to reproduce the unusual experience you are having.

Do you have an Impress file you can upload as an attachment to this issue so we can inspect it.

Then you might also provide a step-by-step on how you created it, but we need the file at least.

Also, have you ever had this work or is this the first time you tried it?
