with svn revision 1747860 download fails for openssl-0.9.8zh.tar.gz:

Hint:
"https://www.openssl.org/" seems to be completely inoperable at the moment. I hope this is just temporarily as Google is still listing it in their search results.

But their FTP server is OK as you can download it from here: http://ftp.openssl.org/source/
