Inactive link for creating an inform about a table

I just created a table using the assitent but when I go to the 'informes' area for creating a simple inform about that table, it appears as innactive without showing any messages or warnings or at least an info message.

What kind of driver is used to connect it?
Did you have same problem with inner format HSQL?
