I uninstalled 643 and installed 644 build 8557

When I start the word processor and go to 
Tools
Configure
and click on the keyboard tab I get a consist crash
I have tried this after reboot and get the same behavior
The error box indicates that "soffice casued and error in uwinapi.dll"

All of the other tabs in the configure menu work.  The crash with the keyboard
tab is consistent and instantaneous

JA: I'll close this as duplicate. The bugfix is included within ooo1.1
Beta2 which is available now.
