Description dbpdw 2020-01-19 01:00:54 UTC
Hi,

I have experienced several times that once Open Office has updated to a newer version, all my user settings and customisations are reset. For instance, I usually have a lot of taskbars attached to the upper bar, e.g. the table taskbar. Once the update has been completed, the taskbars are gone. That also applies to custom colours (e.g. font colours) that I created before. They are gone.

Which version did you have before update?

This behavior is not typical and AOO profile is kept in updating process.
Could you explain us by a step-by-step procedure what you did?
