Screenshots showing good and bad tooltips

prerequisite: extended tips option is checked (ON)
              Tools > Options > OpenOffice > General

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open AOO Writer or AOO Calc
2. Hover your mouse over the leftmost part of status bar where
   information is given on current position:
   - "Page X/Y"  (AOO Writer)
   - "Sheet X/Y" (AOO Calc)

You will see that part of tooltip sometimes is not visible. That may not happen at once. Try the whole area of status bar (till vertical bar/delimiter followed by label, may read "Default").

Odd thing is that you won't see any shortened tooltip if you hover mouse over other active parts of status bar. Maybe it has something to do with Window's Start button? ("Start me up!"...).
