Relevant screenshots (Windows 11)

Follow these steps:

1. Create a new library in "My Macros & Dialogs"
2. Change the library name to the blank
   (on Windows: pressing F2 allows you to edit the field)
3. Export the library - as extension or as a BASIC library

Result:
An empty warning box entitled
"OpenOffice 4.1.12 - Fatal Error" is displayed.
Once the box is closed, the program stops.
