The table in > Examples > C++ Examples lists 5 examples.
One of them "StatusbarController" is not available either
in 4.1.13 or in 4.2.dev ("file not found").

Also, the sdk\examples\cpp folder contains the "custompanel" folder
that has not its counterpart in the table.
Should it be?
