Best reproducible when tunning ZoomText as follows:

- "Option - Movement"
* [Tracking]
-> Enable
-> Track: all items checked

* [Alignment]
-> more comfortable to use "Center" for all

* [Locator]
-> Enable
-> Shape: Block

Best magnifing environnement:
- zoom x2
- H-split

BUG DESCRIPTION

- Insert a text frame
- move the frame with the keyboard
-> the split view doesn't follow the frame movement

ES: last verified in 644m9

ZoomText will not fix them for OOo1.1. So we're retargeting them to 2.0.

What (accessibility) events is SO sending when the text frame moves?  What 
happens when trying this feature with Gnopernicus magnification?

The events should be the same as in #13284#: BOUNDRECT_CHANGED, which are mapped
to VISIBLE_DATA_CHANGED. Ralf, could you please test this with gnopernicus ?

Set priority to P4 for issues which cannot be fixed by the OOo team but need an

ZoomText doesn't fix OOo issues anymore, closing this issue.
ZT supports need to be evaluated again when OOo has IA2 support.
