Set Target to OOo 2.0.

Henning, please have a look into this.
I've also changed the priority to P4, because there seems to be a
workaround for this issue.

According to the OpenOffice.org roadmap
(http://tools.openoffice.org/releases) this issue was retargeted to
OOo Later.

This issue is an endless source of confusion for our users. We do a lot of
11x17" files. Every time you want to print you must open the printer perferences
and set the paper size and orientation. Does not look like this has been looked
at in a quite some time. Problem persists into OOo2.2
