Description kelvine 2003-04-18 05:41:50 UTC
In Html Editor if you want to look at the source code, it asks to save the
document first.

This is not a major issue but it is inconvenient.

I often start a document, look at the source code and then decide to discard
the Html document for some reason. I then need to also delete the saved file.

This appears to be inconsistent with the other modules where you only need to
save when you are ready to save.

I also use the Html Editor to view code such as fonts, hex colour codes and
the like. Whilst the product was not designed for this purpose, I find it a
very useful utility.

Thanks

Kelvin

I thought I would update the OOo release on old issues if still relevant.

For the view html option to be helful, it is vital that the user does not have
to save the web page before he can use it. This is one of the primary reasons
that the OpenOffice web page editor is the weakest of its components.
