In OpenOffice itself, you can type any text in the "Country" field, in the setup
however, you have a dropdown box. There should be a free text field as well.

I think this is a good idea. That's the way we can't forget to mention
a country at installation

of: This issue can be closed. There will be no such field at installation
anymore in OOo 2.0 and upcomming. You have to make your settings in Tools |
options from now on.
