When you want to login without having a password, a "new password" button is 
available. Using it leads to getting an email redirecting you to 
http://www.openoffice.inst.collab.net/servlets/PasswordEdit?
userID=43&ticket=1c62b7a05ebeda225f069c42a0937ad2

which unfortunately is an empty page.

I could not duplicate this. Is it possible it is a browser issue?

I will keep it on my radar for upgrade.
