When inserting manual page breaks with a switch in numbering (i.e. Start at 
page 1 for the next page), a blank page is inserted between the two pages with 
the break in between.  This blank page does NOT appear within the document view 
but only exists when the print preview is performed or the document itself is 
printed.  In my opinion, the blank page should not exist at all, but the 
transition after the page break should be seamless.
