There is a problem with OOo dialog editor in last OOo builds, including 1.1Beta
and 644_m11: the dialog caption disappears or is partially hidden if the dialog
is placed to far from the left edge of the window. It looks like the space
available for this caption is calculated relative to the whole window, rather
than to the
dialog itself.

This is very inconvenient, although the problem appears only in design mode, and
not at runtime.
