what is the purpose of this file? Please remove it from CVS (it is in
1.1Beta1 and is also tagged for beta2:

As I know, this file is needed by Gallery themes. We had it since 5.2
and this is the reason, why it is not important for 'OOo 1.1'. I set
this task to OOo 2.0. Perhaps we can get a better name for this file.
