I've received messages from discuss and webmasters without the requisite tag
lines ex. [discuss].  I'm also receiving them very delayed and getting errors
that they're undeliverable after a certain number of hours.

Michelle,

This seems to have been caused by some initial problems with the MX
record immediately following the migration. Messages appear to be
coming through normally and with the proper tags now, so I am marking
the issue resolved fixed. If this is still a problem for you please
reopen this issue.
