If you mark part of text in help, some misteryous underlines apear and they 
remain visible after unmarking. I hope it willbe clear from attachment.

I confirm this bug for Win2000 and WinNT.
This problem is also in original version.
Pavel, assign it to proper component, please. (I have no idea which
one use for it).

TM->HI: Seems to be more a repaint problem in the "help"-application
than a framework issue to me. So please have a look, thanks !
