Description michael.bemmer 2001-08-10 11:51:30 UTC
Before the sourcecast upgrade, a bug that had been accepted got the status
"accepted", now somebody changed that to "started", which we think is not
acceptable. "started" suggests that fixing is in progress, which very often is
not true, where "accepted" only means that the proper owner is assigned to the bug.
I cannot even see that this change had been discussed and agreed on anywhere.

From a developer standpoint this might be an enhancement, that's why I report
this issue as such, I'd call it a bug :-)

I think the status in Tigris IZ was called "assigned", that's similar
to accepted and still different to "started".
(changed subcomponent to Upgrade)

Comment 6 Unknown 2002-04-11 16:54:05 UTC
Correcting Status Whiteboard. This is actually resolved in *Scarab*,
our next-generation issue-tracking system, which is going to first be
available with SourceCast 1.3.
Comment 7 Unknown 2002-08-21 18:07:42 UTC
please close with status resolved/later as it is resolved in the new
version of issuezilla called scarab
Comment 8 stx123 2002-08-21 18:17:32 UTC
I will in this case, but in future please set the state and status
whiteboard yourself. I we feel a need for an earlier solution, we will
reopen. Thanks, Stefan.
Comment 9 Unknown 2007-03-07 11:42:19 UTC
Updating whiteboard.
Comment 10 Unknown 2009-01-23 06:51:37 UTC
CollabNet Support is currently reviewing the issues under Resolved-Later. If the
issues are fixed currently in any of the present CEE releases, then it will be
marked as Resolved-Fixed.

There might be a few issues which might not be in our future roadmaps which
might be closed as Wontfix unless it does not lie under any custom request.

This feature is already available in Project Tracker , the successor of IZ.
