After the sourcecast upgrade IssueZilla required to choose a target milestone
when an issue is accepted. This is annoying and not acceptable for us. It
doesn't really make sense anyways, because the target milestone of choice would
be "unconfirmed", which doesn't help anybody. 
I haven't seen any discussions or agreements on this new feature and we'd like
to have the prio workflow, because it's an additional and useless step when
accepting issues.
