Hi,

For future reference, it'd be useful to know the version of the PostgreSQL
database that was the target.

"pg_catalog" is one of the PostgreSQL internal tables, so my initial thought is
that perhaps the version of PostgreSQL was very old, or also perhaps the driver
was set to use namespaces but the database wasn't, etc.

Regards and best wishes,

Justin Clift
