Croatian language support, accessible through Tools - Options - Language
Settings - Languages - Default languages for documents - Western, doesn't
include Croatian language any more. Apart from being inconvenient for users in
Croatia, I also find the disappearance of the language absurd, as there is a
spelling dictionary for Croatian available at
http://ftp.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/contrib/dictionaries/hr_HR.zip.

In previous versions it was an error that languages/locales that
weren't fully supported by the I18N framework (e.g. no locale data
available) were offered as selectable default languages. However, you
may still assign such a language as an attribute in a document by
using the Character.Font dialog.
