When a user already runs an instance of the office, it is impossible to run the
setup program for all other users. A warning message appears and - absolutely
correcly - informs the user about this. Big glitch.

After discussing this issue with hro we decided this is a bug and a
showstopper.

jsk->dv: afaik you check if you can write to the soffice-binary.

Fixed in cws SRX645 setup10. See i14156, too.
