Description Unknown 2003-05-28 07:15:21 UTC
This is one of those problems that is intermittant but annoying. When
connecting with JDBC to either MySQL or Postgresql data sources using JDBC, the
time text box for date fields displais 23:59:59. Closing and reopening the form
usually resets it. Using JRE 1.4.1_2 and OpenOffice 1.1 Beta.

Kirk, what kind of form are we talking about? Is the form on a valid
record, and does display the current record improperly, or is the form
on a new record, and the 23:59:59 is the "default" value being displayed?

Ok, to explain a bit more. I have a huge database of records with a
timestamp field. Obtained through the JBDC postgresql connector. The
timestamps show up ok in the data browser, but not in a datasheet
control on the form. I'll attach a screenshot.

I can reproduce this
-> FS: It's important that you have a timestamp field in you table.
Comment 5 Frank Schönheit 2003-06-05 12:11:45 UTC
was a problem in the conversion of timestamp values in the JDBC driver
.... fixed in CWS dba08
